Records council cites conflict, sends Stanhope case to state

Because of ongoing court action, including at least one criminal case, the New Jersey Government Records Council has voted to refer the case of Caggiano v. Stanhope to the state Office of Administrative Law.

stanhope nj is so corrupt! they dont do background checks on their teachers and a few years had an incident involving a music teacher going to meet a 13 year old girl he met off the internet.... then another teacher was fired because of sexual misconduct involving the 7th and 8th grade girls and touching them inappropriately. then you have the police dept. who has arsonists and wife beaters on the force. you have a fire dept. who almost lost their liquor license and no one in the dept did NOT have a felony so they had to find someone who would join that didnt have a record so they could put the license in their name. then you have the mayor and council who over see's all of this and covers it up! even the voting is a joke. the decisions are already decided on.. they just put things (like elections) up for voting so nobody knows it's all a sham. every "official" in that town should be ashamed of themselves. you've had this coming for a long time and i hope you get what you deserve!!
