Would like to thank the Plumbing Store Rt 183 Stanhope. During sandy my generator was running bad and blew out my control box on my furnace. The Plumbing Store was open with no power and i was able to get a new power box. I only had a credit card on me and the owner and mngr let me take the part home get my furnace running and go back on a later date to pay them. They said you are a local guy thats the least we can do. It wasmt when i returned after the elec came on he even discounted the price. Thank you true community business men. They have me as a customer.

That was a truly positive story. I am glad there are still businesses around that shine far above the mainstream greedy and uncaring ones.

Nice guys like that would get more business if the other businesses had not cut so many jobs through outsourcing or M&A.
