Police chief disputes traffic stop
Pacific Police Chief John Calkins testified Monday that he had only three drinks from the bar the night he was arrested for DUI, not the "two pitchers of beer" a police officer reported.

Stopped by one officer who did not observe any violation.(Can you say illegal stop?) Chief Processed by another officer who did not even make the stop.(Huh? Why did the first officer not handle it?) Detained for 15 minutes without an explanation.(I would be upset too). The officer did not allow chief to blow out of his trach.(There are big disability issues here that were violated). I hope the chief sues the city big time over these.
