Full story: Silver City Sun-News

Participants in chef Rob Connely's chocolate-making workshop on Jan. 30, many of whom will be volunteer chocolatiers for this Saturday's 12th Annual Chocolate Fantasia, gather around some of his finished chocolates to take pictures and examine the final product.

Let's do our best to keep everyone safe this weekend. Remember to lock your doors, whether you are staying in a hotel, RV or with friends or family, LOCK your doors. Same goes for all vehicles. Do not leave your cars running unattended (to warm them up). Do not leave any luggage or shopping bags in your car(lock everything in the trunk). Keep your weapons close. Stay off the streets after dark unless your in groups and have your own protection. Be wary of everything around you and keep an eye on all law enforcement.
