La Llorona brings back wild childhood memories. She was a good tool our parents used to make us behave until we knew better, ha.
When my wife was young she'd visit her GM in Belen during the summer and they had a large irrigation ditch close-by. Her GM would tell her about La Llorona and not to go there by the ditch. She says she never did for fear and says she still feels chills whenever we visit the area and she see's that ditch<G>.

Hey little dude, you sound like you have a problem with little brown girls. As a Latina she has gone further than a white little guy like you had ever attempted. How about dealing with brown Latinos instead of picking on little brown girls?

on a off-topic tangent again.

The issue is out of state special interests manipulating local elections in an attempt to grab our resources through their bought-and-paid-for governor.

That is way scarier than old myths.

Is there a point in your mota induced drivel aka a brain dump?
Yes, and if you weren't so brain-addled from all that ethanol, you'd see it.

Or maybe you wouldn't.

I love 'em. Grew up with them in East L.A.

Susana is an Aunt Thomasita. It's sickening. But the white oil boys gave her a chance, and she's going to take it, no matter how much honesty, authenticity, and morality she has to sacrifice.

She's a great brown hope, except there are far too many others who haven't forgotten what's been done to them. They'll prevail and she will be a footnote. Probably end up on some lobbyist or think tank payroll like Heather, or a made-up job like Darren White.

Look for 60 days of gridlock when the legislature convenes in January. All of the Governor's bills will be DOA, and she will blow the dust off of Gary Johnson's long-idle veto pen for anything that the Dems manage to pass.

But I guess it's safer this way in that they won't be able to do much damage while they are gridlocked.
