If you check back in previous threads, this question probably has been posed a dozen times in the past year alone. The places remain the same. Good luck.

I am looking for something between the price range of 300 to 400 that allows children i have 3 small children under the age of 5. I havent lived in buckhannon long and am the only one currently working in my household. We are a family of 5 and keep a clean neat house. if you know of anything it would help greatly would like to be into a place by the end of next week if possible.

With the people on this site that know so much about this town. Why can't you talk like you have since and give names or numbers? How about a little respect to your "neighbors". Instead of bashing or being smart, why not try to help others? Isn't that what the sites for? What if it was you needed info on rentals?

3 or 4 hundred? Your not living in the 80's try 6 to 8 hundred. Unless you move to the valley

They are exactly right its hard to find anything to rent in that price range unless its a trailer park and you don't want to live in any of the trailer parks around here. I deliver furniture and let me tell you, meadowlands is just awful anything we take from out there goes straight to the trash because of roaches bed bugs and just plain filth, wares trailer park is just full of single white trash women who smoke and drink all day and try to screw any man that comes threw the door. Renny is not to bad but its on the higher price side. and tenneys is roach infested and not many people stay out there to long.

Have you tried Valley Green? Also, there are trailers for rent past Cook's Store on the Left (small trailer court) and a large trailer court out past the island (same road) on the right side of the road. Not sure what they are called or who you get ahold of

There is also the Tennerton Mobile Village that is behind Sam's Pizza & across the road from Wendling's Plaza. The units are older but well kept up.

I know for fact that they have stolen and broken into their tenants residences! They stole from me a week before Christmas 2012! Took them to court and we won!! It's nice when the little people come out ahead of the bully slumlords for a change!!!
