He is a serious nutjob. He is that guy and dresses up as an Indian and runs around town during Strawberry Festival.

How did he threaten the school system, and why?

I can understand someone doing that in a way, but I don't know the full story.

I'm not saying that if he threatened to shoot kids or bomb the school or something that it was a good thing.

Though our school system sucks and needs some major reform. Most of the teachers are dumber than a box of rocks, and don't even care about their job, other than the paycheck.

The Upshur County Sheriff's Office has arrested a Buckhannon man and charged him with threatening a terrorist act.

Tony Vincent Herndon, 45, is accused of calling the Upshur County Board of Education office and leaving a message that said he wanted his rights and privileges re-instated to allow him to be on school property, which had previously been revoked, according to the criminal complaint.

Herndon said if he didn't get his rights and privileges re-instated, the Board of Education "knows what happened in Newtown, Ct.", according to the complaint.

Herndon is being held in Tygart Valley Regional Jail on $125,000 bail.

But what i am wondering..Why was this 45 year old man banned from school property..and why does he want to be able to go back on school property..

i do not think the strawberry festival invites him. i am certain that he just dresses up and walks down the parade route and joins in. weird.

it should not be taken lightly. he should NOT have a bond amount! having children in the school system, i want to know they are safe. if someone has threatened to harm children, then should NOT be allowed out!

They don't invite him. In fact, they've asked him NOT to come. But he just keeps showing up and hopping into the parade.
