For everyone who thinks the so called legal bud is a joke. Well Im here to tell you this stuff is killing people you ever take the time to research whats in this stuff ? It has totally destoryed one of my family members lives. There actually is a 13 year old boy who died due to chemical burns to his lungs from the so called legal bud.And yes it all is illegal in the state of west virginia.Let the people selling this to our loves ones go through what families are that they sell it to the only thing they are worried about is making a quick buck. And as a resident and victim of a family member the smoke has affected. You can bet I have researched all the resources and I have made it my goal to shut down all the shops that sell it they have had chance after chance to pull it off the shelves but choose no too. I dont care who agrees with me or not but until it affects your life the way it has my families there is no need for negeative remarks.

I've heard of people losing their homes, kids, jobs so they can have this stuff. Its NOT like marijuana. Its addictive and it hasn't been around long enough to know the long term effects.

I don't have any family or friends affected by the "legal bud", but had a close family friend lose his house and custody of his daughter over "bath salts". Last we heard he was living in his car, but that's been months ago. He just disappeared.

I have no issues with legalizing marijuana. Its about as harmful as a cigarette and they're legal, but these designed drugs should be pulled off the market and made illegal.

As far as sex toys and stuff. Its cool they have a place in town to sell them. I say more power to the place if they want to see adult novelities, but I would love to see all the drugs made illegal.

Sorry for your loss but this is America and Chapitalism and free market is what it is all about. Your picking on small business owners just pushes us toward a communist govt. If you dont like it here move to China were your better suited. As for the loss, if you want to point fingers were does the parenting come in. Old enough to know better in my opinion.
