It doesn't "hint" at anything it very clearly says "Mayor McCheese and his gang CAN NOT be trusted with money." If it would have passed Surprise would have 185 million worth of decorative lighting, useless signs and bridges to no where.

I am glad the bond did not pass!! It smells like pork to me!! We the taxpayers still pay for bonds in the long run with raised taxes over a period of time! We already pay high sales tax here in Surprise, now they want more taxes from us when people are trying to stay employed and just keep there jobs and living pay check to pay check????

Daily Horoscope for December 31

Scorpio

A loved one is very assertive under the Full Moon tonight. You'll only make it worse if you come down like a ton of bricks, given that Mars is retrograde and it's a lunar eclipse tonight. Besides, do you really want to spoil this evening's celebrations because you've had a flaming row? If possible, live and let live, so you can have a really happy New Year!
