Buchanan, VA

We are thinking about relocating to Buchanan from the Central Florida area. Just want some ideas of the pros & cons of living in Buchanan.

I'm not sure but Buchanan might have its own Topix area. Have you checked? Anyway, Buchanan is a small, poor community but, for the most part, the citizens are very nice. It is about 20 min. to Roanoke. It has a grocery store, several restaurants, a Burger King, grocery store, gas station,churches, among others. It is a country town.
Why Buchanan, if I might ask?

buchanan is a beuitful county im from their but it has its faults hurley and grundy is a bad area but the rest is ok.

hi im from buchanan its very beutiful a few bad areas though drugs are becoming a epidimick i think i spelled that wrong but anyway i work out of town but i do have a child that is going to school their people are nice for the most part but it is slowly being riped apart hope you have a safe trip and injoy your new home and welcome to va.
