Paris, Tenn.-MidSouth Pest Control Owner Randall Dean Damesworth, 44, Camden, was sentenced to serve 8 years in prison by Henry County Circuit Court Judge Donald Parish Monday. The sentence was amended to serve one year in prison and the balance in community corrections.

Damesworth was ordered to report to Benton County Jail at 6 a.m. March 25 and to pay $100,000 in restitution to the victim. He was formally charged with theft.

What is the difference between probation community corrections

Not sure if they will go easy on him because he's been a 1st responder for many years. IMO it would been better to keep him in Henry county. Did the judge say he if could get out early for good behavior ??or is the sentence mandatory.???

He's spent a lot of money fixing up and remodeling the home he is living in. In side and out , top to bottom. The old shack looks like a new home. Pretty sure it is not in his name I hope he is able to pay back the victim and not file for Bankruptcy.

He's selling Rainbow vacuum cleaners in Paris now and going door to door. Beware!! He hasn't paid a dime of restitution to the prior victim that he swindled (over $150,000 of her life savings.)

The victim has 7-10 years to collect the debt (depending on the classification of the debt). She can seize assets, place leins, or garnish wages. She can get all/part restitution.

In a perfect world... She was ordered restitution, but she hasn't received a dime and was told by the DA office that all she could do is take him back to court. She will never see any of that money. I'm just trying to inform you that he will do that to you as well if given the chance.

She won't receive any money, if she waits on him to give it to her. If she doesn't want to look into the options I mentioned, it's her money.
