Good grief. Look here Nancy, this is not a forum for classified ads. Take your nasty burger somewhere else. Besides, who would eat in a Tallapoosa resturant? No wonder its free.

Just what do you mean by that statement. You ever eaten at any of the places in Tallapoosa?? Burger Chick on US 78 has one of the best hamburgers around. I have been eating them since I went to work there in 1979 as a Police Officer. Their food is great. Fresh made hamburgers, not frozen, machine stamped burgers. I have never gotten a bad meal from them in almost 30 years.

Even the hamburgers at Jack's are pretty dang good to be from a fast food chain. Good fried chicken too. Cross Roads Restaurant has been around for years and serves some great food. Of course if you want a sandwich, there is always Subway.

And before you ask, yes I have eaten in Valdosta on the way to Dade City Florida to a VW car show. I enjoyed the food there. It was at a Pizza Hut and my family and I complimented them on the food. One of the best Pizzas I have had in my life time.

If you had a bad experience in Tallapoosa, I am sorry. But if you are just running your mouth to hear yourself talk, STFU.

Amen John in North Carolina. You can not beat Burger Chick. Best chicken fingers in the south. Also we have Backwoods and Bowlings Landing too

Love Burger Chick - the burger & the vanilla shake is what i get. Crossroads & many other Tallapoosa eateries - wonderful. Plus you get the small town friendly service. I'll take a free meal in Tallapoosa anytime!

Thank you bystander & Juju. I have not tried Backwoods, but did try the Landing before. I hated to see the Tastee Treat close as well as the old Burger Inn. The old Tastee Treat had one of the best steak sandwiches around. Burger Inn had a hamburger steak plate that was great. The meat covered about the entire plate and when you ordered it cooked with onions,they dang near gave you an entire onion!!

I remember Burger Inn. Burger Chick's hamburger steak is great too. We also have the fast food places at the interstate. Tallapoosa is a great town, full of fine people. Wish everyone knew that.
