Unless he is being held on a probation violation, he would be granted bond. But I am sure a sain such as MM would not be on probation. No bond was set because of the evidence against these 2 murderers. When the judge reviews the evidence, he makes a determination based on what both sides present. If enough evidence is present to hold without bail then that is what happens. When the judge believes them to be guilty, then the possibilyt of flight risk comes in to play. I predict guilty pleas from both before trial.

That is not true. You have no clue what you are saying. I knew everyone and everyone knows me.

You are not right "THASISTER", you were supposedly "outcast" by your family because your husband is black as well. You do not always travel in all the same circles either just because you are family. And if everyone knows you maybe it is because of your self proclaimed drug dealing---maybe the apple doesn't fall too far from the tree. You also need to quit spreading rumors that mm and kf are accepting plea deals when that is not the truth at all. You also need to know that it is not a good idea to post pictures on myspace that they are the murderers of your brother when they have not been convicted. You can get into serious trouble for that.
