I do know that the DA is keep putting the court date off. They were suppost to go to court a couple of weeks ago but because of Murphy dieing they postpone court. No future courtdate has been set yet that I know of.

The DA won't tell me much about that case b/c I'm not involved but yes there was a trial. It was on March 3, 2008.

Just to let you know maybe now she can rest. Jimmy got life without the possibility of parole and the Cash guy got two life sentences.
