The third man shot (Tim Waldroup)is no undercover agent. He just happen to be a druggie at the wrong place at the wrong time. Besides our WONDERFUL LAW ENFORCEMENT has known for over a year why would they want to stop it now. They could have prevented these two deaths if they had done their jobs.

When is all this going to stop ?Its so stupid.Take all this tax money and use it in the fight against drugs.Our neighborhoods are full of it.And when you report whats going on its like Oh Well we will just wait untill somebody gets hurt.What about the little kids who have to grow up in this mess? Come on guys when we call start checking it out after all we live here- we know whats going on 24-7. How much more info do the cops need to do something?

If this is the same "Timmy" I know, YES HE IS A DRUGGIE. Spoke to him one day and he didn't recognize me. He was flying VERY high.

From what I hear the Timmy guy was a druggie but I hear there was a 6th person there that actually drove the suspects to the victims house & fled when the shooting started thats why the suspects stole the victims truck & POLICE KNOW HOW & WHERE HE IS- but he gets to walk away clean just for telling what he knows??? It was a drug deal gone bad and ALL should face drug charges!!!

Yes, the 2 guys who drove them there should absolutely face some kind of charges. Where did the 2 girls they arrested come into play. I wonder if they just helped them get away.

Rumor has it 2 people from Bryson turned thereselves in because of "hits" that were being made on them. Its BIG...there are plenty of "favorite" locals that are involved. I do NOT know how some of them sleep at night!! Ones that are on our volunteer firefighter squad....YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE..YOU WERE LAID UP AT THERE HOUSE..HOW CAN YOU SLEEP?? DO YOU KNOW ANYTHING YOU ARE NOT TELLING???.......Scott and Heath are not here to give there sides of the story, but there are lots of people that do know. HOW could have they have been dead for at least 6 hours before they heard the other gun shots and HOW could Tim still be alive outside and them dead on the inside for so long?? I really hope that BOTH families get the answers they need and deserve and that everyone that does know something goes to the police, or heck SINCE the Sheriffs office doesn't really listen..CALL THE SBI office.....i don't know....i think its crappy....the guilty ones are still around, still making, still selling and what will happen??? My question is simply this ... why all the anger NOW? If EVERYONE knew about this drug problem as has been implied, why not the anger earlier? Why not all the anger BEFORE two people lost their life? Yes, it is real easy to sit up and complain and point fingers after the fact. But if YOU knew BEFORE and said and did nothing, you, yourself are just as guilty as all those involved on Friday.

Check this out - "Thu May 29, 2008 CANTON — Canton police on Tuesday arrested Timmy Dale Waldroup, of 2 Bob White Lane, Sylva, and charged him with two felony sex crimes. The victim's parents contacted police April 7..." The rest of the story is that HE ADMITTED to AUTHORITIES doing this to a 13 yr old girl and was put in jail. So my question - Why in the hell was "Timmy" on the street in the first place. I know this guy and he has been trouble all his life. I'm questioning why he is the only one that survived. Was he part of the murdering and rigged it to look like he was a victim? I'd be curious to talk to him. Our system is so messed up!!!

I heard the same thing - especially about one of the people from the Volunteer fire dept being laid up there for some time and then fleeing when all this started to go down- I also heard about a girl being up there that no one has found yet -
I hope they bring those guys back here for trial - that will be intersting

Does anyone know for a FACT that this person is indeed the SAME person that was shot in Swain County? If so, he has spent a lot of time in the eastern part of NC, don't see where he has committed any crimes in this area of the state.
