"jailed for not paying childsupport". Ain't much of a man if you ask me. So don't. LOL. If I can pay childsupport for 15 years, anybody can do it. Not saying it is easy, but can be done. Might have to eat pigs feet every now and again for a meal, but I likes pigs feet.

then they rattle off about 10 different things he has been charged with before....

I'm not saying he's guilty because of his past, but good lord!

These kids parents need to understand that there kids are murders and maybe if they spent some time with them prior to this they would know they are also drug addicts. Get a clue !!!!!

There's no way this poor woman knows what this grown punk has been up to.

I just hope Swain County knows what it's doing. Obviously all charges are stiff, but can they stick on all six of these people?

You totally misread me. And, like you said, maybe only one of them did the killing. If they do not charge appropriately to where a jury can convict beyond a shadow of a doubt, they'll walk. Is that what you want?

You could not be more right. I hope the people who did this get what they deserve and then some. I did not know Heath but heard he was a nice guy. I did however know Scott. Both Scott and Heath deserve justice.

The funny thing about this articcle is how they say he was charge in a misdemeanor for inflicting a {SERIOUS INJURY} sound like they have friends in the court system. Somehow misdemeanor and serious injury don't match. The quote from article:(Mangold and Goolsby have minor criminal records, according to court papers in Jackson County. Mangold was convicted in February of misdemeanor assault inflicting serious injury.
