My question is this...

When is the Sheriff gonna step up and start arresting all the drug dealers in graham county?
we ALL know where they are, and I tired of sitting on my front porch with my kids in the front yard watching all the druggy traffic going up and down the road.

a few areas of concern...
middle of town trailor park by the basketball courts
milltown road (3 that i know of for certain)
mexico/snider town/cody street

there are many more...feel free to share ur experiences

Yeah me too i have to watch my Boys when the go out to the yard..Because on the street im on i have so many surronding us we have them behind,on all sides..
i wish the cops would just arrest them already even the cops know where they are!!

sure our cops know where they all live and deal drugs from but they are all cowards including sheriff moody. They dont want to piss off the familys of the drug dealers for busting them. But what do u expect from a bunch of stanleys furniture flunkies who had no other option other than to become a lazy cop. shows how much qualification it takes to become one of graham countys finest! We've always had losers for cops dating back to the good old days of melvin howell lol. Its always gonna be this way as long as we have bible thumpers who go to church on sunday and sin it up on monday ha ha ha, hypocrits.

Being from Robbinsville I know first hand about those bible thumpers that were at church yesterday and doing drugs and having affairs today. Yes the cops turn their heads to certain folks. It could be "my dad knows your dad" "whats you last name" . It all about who you are and who you know. Moody that is a joke. I went to school with him. The above comment hit the nail on the head..lol

our county will never be cleaned up until Russell cleans out the crooked cops he has such as Brian who has obviously been a deputy to long hiding his own wrongs with his badge.Has been known for being dirty when Debruhl was sherriff.HE Has informants that are much more ,females that he can benefit from, and they benefit by running around doing there drugs because they give a name.They are the ones our children will never be safe because of, they know nothing will be done to them.Whats the difference no matter who they are a cop or a cops informant.If they are doing drugs they should be treated equal as far as the LAW should be concerned.We have lost alot of faith in our deputies because of recent things they have done.Brian has always been dirty but even we can not believe the places he has been with certain females and things he is letting go on.Moody until you clean up your deputies, there will be no hope for graham county.Maybe God did put you in your position for a reason to see through the ones who hide behind the Bible and go to church regularly but through the week live how they want because they know they can also hide behind there badge.Some of the deputies really care and dont use there positions for themselves but FOR the people in this county.This is one perticular cop You dont want to be defending because we have all seen his true colors.These things we have watched too long and now you are by making him your right hand man,is sending our children the message that what is going on is fine.This is crime behind the badge and as long as you alow it we will never see a change or even a real future for our children.You cant clean the streets as long as certain deputies care only about themselves and alow certain ones or even themselves to do the thing you say needs to be stopped(METHAMPHETAMINES)

The letter from concerned is the most honest thing I have heard anybody write in a long time.Moody you better open your eyes because it will be you whose reputation will be looked upon. Our county has watched Brian Jones act like hes sherriff for too long thats why we vote and we voted for you because we want a change.Concerned is so right you need to clean up your cops then our streets.We expect a change not a repeat of so called sherriffs in the past.Give our children a chance.We DO depend on you for alot of things. First, let us talk about the man that is your right hand man BRIAN JONES, I have this friend that has been done very wrong by Brian Jones, its starts by planting drugs in her home, to walking in and for no reason and taking her two kids,there was NO DSS,no caaseworker,all he had was ORDERS FROM BOB. Mr. Moody think about what this loving mother has when through because BRAIN JONES didn't do the right thing,and told BOB that he could not do this to the kids because he knew they where loved and took care of. Mr. Moody how would you feel to have BRIAN JONES walk into your home and place your kids in a police car and for no reason take them away. I think you need to look again at the so called man that standing beside you. Mr. Moody you know the day is comimg and we are all going to stand before GOD and anwser for the RIGHTS AND WRONGS we do. MR. MOODY I sure hope that this has touched your heart in the way it has my. I always know who the lady is that the GREAT BRIAN JONES WHEN INTO HER HOME AND TOOK HER KIDS, I dont know how he can sleep at night and be the heartless person he is, but for what I have heard and SEEN he dont sleep, with all the METH that he puts into his body. If you dont understand then Im sorry to say, it's because you dont want to see. For the love of God open your eyes and keep your child safe. Maybe its because you dont live here. I fear for what is going to happen next, Mr. Moody cant clean up the streets, until he cleans up this officers. Moody show Robbinsville that you are everything you said you would be. Mr. Moody I was so sure of myself, that you would be the man that would turn Robbinsville into a drug free and safe place for our children. I was one of the one's that stood up and backed you 100% and I have yet to be pleased with the way you are allowing things to be done. We come together in many ways, that you might not be aware of, such as in the House of God, prey room, in your work place and in mine, places we go to eat, just all about the town. I feel that everyone should get treated the same, even if its within your office, or someone you have never so before. Mr. Moody do you have a heavy heart when you go to bed each night? If you feel that you cant forfill the duties of your job, then do right and step down and put a God fearing, honest,caring man that will do RIGHT. SEARCH YOUR HEART MOODY AND FOLLOW THE LORD.

The comparing of current sheriff, Russell Moody, to that of administrations past, is outrageous. Too often we are persuaded by the unlearned opinions of others, and are quick to join in to cast stones. I was born and raised in Robbinsville and have lived there my whole life. There has never been an administration comparable to that of the present one. Only 2 or 3 years ago people would sit in the middle of town smoking marijuana, drinking from kegs, and or trafficing meth in relatively plain sight. Alot has changed. I know this for a fact. The reason that drug dealers are walking free is from a lack of fortitude in the court system, not in law enforcement. No one is without fault, but I for one am proud of our Sheriff and think that these attacks on his character are totally unfounded. I urge any citizen who actually cares for truth and justice to become more involved and better informed with facts, before taking such adament stands against people. May God guide us all in truth and righteousness, and may the mercifull hand of providence provide in our lack of judgement.
