The Federal Government should calculate Tax cuts the same way it does spending cuts.
Tell the hopeless masses that everyone (including the poor and lower middle class) will be seeing 10% increases in what they must pay the Federal government in Income taxes. The hopeless masses will be pissed, riots in the streets, starving babies plastered all over the TV, pictures of the elderly eating dog food, etc……..

Then after some time however, before the increases take affect, Mr. Obama and Congress will pass a law that increases the Federal Income Tax Rate on everyone (including the poor and lower middle class) by only 4% and then Mr. Obama, Congress (both Parties) and the media will be telling the hopeless masses that they are receiving a 6% Tax cut courtesy of the compassionate Government.

Now the streets are full of those rejoicing about a 4% tax increase, wait, wait,,,,,,I mean a 6% tax cut!
