Yea but see it's not as bad as it was 10 years ago. I'm 25, lived in Lorton all my life, and i've seen the changes it's been through. Hagel used to be real bad, but now you got these lil kids thinking they gangsta in a burb area. Lorton ain't what it used to be....

I go to school with many kids that live in this neighborhood, and I have talked to kids that actually live there, and some of them say it's not even that bad. This is the worst thing that I have ever heard of happening in Hagel, and nothing worse has happened since.

Ive lived and hung in lorton for 20 years and its far from hood...jus filled wit a bunch of people who should of had jobs about 5 years ago but rather get high and swear dey doin big things LOL!!!! I used to live there... moved there when i was 4 moved out when i was 15... during the summer id go out there playing soccer everyday from sunrise to sunset... now im choosing between some of the best educations in the nation... people are right and wrong on here... i did see drug selling and gang affiliations... but 11 years nothing has ever happened to me.

The community has always been the same for years and its not going to change.It's not a area to raise your kids in.It's to much drama and crime.Plus tooooo much drug activities.People are scared of there lives when they walk outside.People getting rob and killed and dont even care what the hell happens.I live in lorton and I'm ready to move up out of there.Its not going to change unless something is done in the area.If I was you move now before it gets even more crazy.and the summer time is crazy.you think its he kids its not only them its the parents to and thats a shame.they dont raise there kids right.they need to pay more attention to there kids and stop chasing them low down ass men and drugs.Get it right.
