I called you from Thailand last December and was told that will be contacted after New Year, but noone send me an email yet. Could you please check for me and may I have your email address?

To Eclipse photography,
I graduates from Texas A & M University this may 2009. I haven't received the order for the graduation photographs yet. I have been trying to call the number you have on your payment receipt, but that number is not working. There is no other contact number listed on the reciept or online. I am not in college station anymore and dont know how to get in touch with you guys. Please email me on [email protected] I recieved a Master of Architecture degree. Thank you.

My sister ordered photographs from Eclipse Photography for her Texas A&M 2009 graduation. Eclipse mailed us the graduation photographs but it was of the wrong graduate! They sent the picture of someone else! Refund! I just hope they still have my sister's graduation picture on file.
Contact information is rather scarce and was not enclosed in the mail. I had to find the phone # online. Also, when I called they did not answer the call, nor can I find their office hours. Overall, my experience with Eclipse has been poor.

Received my son's graduation pictures. The color is distorted. Was told that A&M's stadium is not the best for digital cameras. I could send it back and they would try and adjust the photo but my son's face would probably be red. There is nothing you can do if A&M contracts with this company for graduation pictures, but we did not receive quality pictures. Very disappointed. I hope A&M chooses another company to contract with.

This is probably the worst place I've ever knew. The customer service was terrible and rude. Plus, I never receive my graduation photo. Cannot get why TAMU works with such bad business. If you don't send my pictures, that's fine; those are not good pictures anyway. Please give my money back!

I an see from previous reviews that I am probably going to have trouble getting a refund. The picture that Eclipse chose to print was awful. Gown flapping, slacks showing, subject looking messy. Awful. There was one other that was much much better. That was not chosen. They probably just choose by first in order by computer. I am so sorry that I spent this money. It's a lot. I don't understand why A&M would contract with a company of this caliber to work at such an important event as college graduation.

My son graduated in May, 2011.

I still do not have my photographs. I have called 5 times, have been assured that they are on they way, but I still haven't seen them.

I will get the photos if I have to go and watch them print them myself.

I graduated last year but haven't received my photos. They picked up my first call and promised to call me back. Since then, they neither answered my later calls nor called me back. So bad..

I graduated in December, 2011 and did not receive my photos after 4-6 weeks in which they ensured us to receive. I called them and left messages for numerous times in March and April, 2012. The person, called Chris just either promised to call back, but only did it once, or totally let his answer machine deal with me. He got some ridiculous excuses, such as photos in post office to be claimed. It ends up no photo received by me. I e-mailed [email protected], which I believe shall help students, but got nothing. I will try to fight until I get my stuff.
And, I found TAMU graudation website change the photo company after May, 2012. Eclips Photography got big problems, how about MSC?

My son graduated in Dec of 2011. not a peep as to the photos. Tried to call and recieved a "full voicemail box" message. I have a feeling I'll never see the pictures and for sure, my money's gone. RUN if you can from these folks.

This is happening to me as well- my father called and was assured of my photographs being sent months ago, and we have yet to receive them.

Voicemail is full and the address is a PO Box. This is absurd. No wonder A&M changed photographers, I wish they had done it before we all got scammed out of our photos though. I graduated with my doctorate, and really would like those photos.

I too did not receive the photos of son's graduation from AA&M 12/11. I left message with Chis, never heard from him, tried to leave another message and voicemail is full. I guess I wont be receiving my photos either

Lynn: The MSC hosts the graduation information web site as a service to students, but has no relationship with the photographer. Your message to the MSC was received on April 18 at 9:02 a.m. and was forwarded to the TAMU Registrar's Office at 9:42 a.m.(40 minutes later). I'm sorry if you did not get a timely response. I know that office has been working hard to help multiple students with this issue, but (as you know) dealing with a non-responsive private company can be difficult.
