Have plenty of cash. It's a tough business to be in with the level of competition there, not to mention dealing with the bureaucrats.

jealous of what exactly???

I can cook really really good seasoned Cajun food. I'm successful (in a different industry).

I just don't like CAYENNE laced sustenance called food...with bad service. That was my experience there...twice. Yes I gave them a second shot.

Some folks will like them....that will determine if they stay in business. And I hope they do!

You don't have to be jealous of something to dislike it!!!

Food is too hot there, all you taste is pepper....my kids can only stand to eat the grilled cheese, but best of luck to them!

i think they should soak the bread in hot sauce, and pound cayenne into the cheese....for the kiddies.

then it will fit right into the menu there....
