I'm not impressed with Medina since Cleveland Clinic has taken over. Don't see a change for the better, except thier billing is quicker and higher.

Cleveland Clinic was very dirty and the wait staff in the basement restaurants were VERY rude~!

I've heard more than one horror story about Cleveland Clinic and their lack of sterilization!
I also found their techs in their ultrasound the day I was there very smirky and very unprofessional. Had I been feeling better, I would have confronted them and then we'd see how they would be smirking after I called their boss
and put a nice big editorial in the newspaper.
Change was not for the better.
