What will the lady in Nottingham apartments in Medina do if this passes? she won't be able to keep breeding her dog then take the puppies over to the kennel she uses for selling them.
There are many backyard breeders in Medina and it is disgusting to keep breeding a dog continually for profit. Wonder if she is reporting the profit she is making and if the kennel is disclosing where these dogs are being brought in from.
Breeds are being ruined from the lack of control of these places.
