With the economy in the toilet I think people are just desperate. She will be caught and have many years to think about it.

Banks have dozens of cameras. They only show you a few shots. She will be caught. Someone out there will recognize her.

Most banks make you take off your sunglasses & hat for this reason. PNC has a sticker on their door & they will ask you to remove these items.

are you serious?? you want to ask a bank robber that tells you they have a gun to take off his sunglasses..ROFL...
I suppose you would also ask him to please turn sideways as well to get profile pics. and to remove his hat for the camera.
if he had a ski mask would that be ok (since its not written on the door not to have one) lol

The credit union in Barberton has asked me to remove hats in the past. I've been banking there for nearly 25 yrs. I don't mind.

The point is if you are wearing anything suspicious like sunglasses, a hat or hoodie bank employees are trained to observe you.

This is done to deter people from robbing banks. The robber does not want to draw attention to him or herself. So if everyone has to remove the hat and sunglasses and they are the only ones it draws eyes to them. It makes them look suspicious and out of sync with everyone else. I work at a bank that has been robbed. The people come in with a note never displayed a weapon. I wish we had the same rule as PNC b/c most of the thieves have been high on something and jittery. The ones that we have deterred by saying you need to remove your hood from a hoodie have just turned around and walked out. Will it work everytime probably not but will it help yes.

why has this story NOT been on the news so the public can help with possible identification of this criminal? It wasn't in the Plain Dealer either !
