Sounds facetious but only the "damaged goods" get leniency. Case in point is that politicians get a "fancy hotelroom or jacuzzi" if they are incarcerated. I call it a travesty of the justice system. That is why a lot of street criminals are robbing stores and committing gas station robberies and murders downtown.
