loved the time working for them, hate the circumstances by which we parted. They have great customer loyalty, but it sucks eggs that they dont appreciate loyal, dedicated employees. I wish them the best of luck tho!

They only care about making money for the people that work in their corporate office. The drivers are only there to make money for corporate. Drivers are paid the lowest amount possible. No, not one paid holiday. However, the office folks get their time off. You damage something in the delivery process, you are pesonally responsible for upto $500 dollars to fix or replace the damaged item. You turn out to be a slave to BLS.

It's a trap!! No really it is.. if you damage lumber at all you're financially responsible for it if the loader damages it you are financially responsible for it even if it's not damaged and they say it is you're financially responsible for it if you get stuck at a muddy site you pay the tow out if you refuse to deliver because it's too muddy and your truck will get stuck you pay the cost to send another truck out when its not muddy..
Expect 12 to 14 hour days 4 what equals out to 9 per hour or less.. don't expect training either.. you are a hundred percent on your own at this company they don't care about you at all you have to tiptoe around everything you do so you don't end up owing them money and working for free.. I stay with them about 4 months just to break even.. Like I said any chance they get to hold you financially responsible they will without a doubt.. to touch on some other things the benefits are not good and highly expensive
The guys at 84 lumber treat you like crap
You have to pay for uniforms
Just don't you're better off working at a fast food place over working here trust me it's not worth it
