It does not matter if he was good with children. Apparently he was not good to AJ, from his actions and his plea, which was GUILTY in the beating death of AJ!!!!! What do you people not get??? HELLO!!! WAKE UP!! He admitted his guilt. If your child was at the home of any person you knew and your child got hurt so bad that your child passed away from a simple fall in the bath tub, what would you say or do? Wouldn't you be asking questions and look to Law Enforcement to tell you what happened with their evidence in hand? Instead of going on that persons word? With the technology that we have this day and time, LE can pretty much pin point what happened without anyone even having to speak a word, the evidence says it all. If it were my child I would start out by asking, What happened to my baby or Why were you not watching my baby close enough in a bath tub, for all places to never leave a child alone! It makes me sick to know that some people back up this BS story he told to LE. Money talks, BS walks. And those who know, Well then know what I am talking about, Enough said.

I dated JR in highschool and I honestly couldnt see him hurting anyone....I know time changes people.....I was honestly shocked when I heard HIM of all people was on trial for murder of a child. My prayers go out to his family and to the family of the child.

I know the families....both families. I was very shocked to hear what happened, but I do believe that both people had something to do with his death. How could a mother look at her son and NOT know he was hurt. I will say though, that J.R. was guilty. If he didn't lay a hand on him, then he should have protected him seeing as everyone thinks he is a good-father figure. Jane is too blame just as much. Days after his death, all she could was go to the tanning bed and go to parties. Does that sound like a MOTHER to you?

I also new JR and Erin. I spent a lot of time with JR and Erin and there children at there home in Thalman. He is a good man, and to all of you people calling him a murderer you are wrong. I am not saying it could not have been some horrible accident that could have been prevented. But I know in my heart that JR would never hurt a child on purpose like people are accusing him off!!!

Pam, There are a few things you need to know. Jan, little AJ's "mother", is guilty. I finally have the freedom to speak this. AFTER MANIPULATING JR INTO TAKING ON HER GUILT, after extorting tens of thousands of dollars from JR's family, after watching her do nothing except stay drug addicted and men afflicted, i can finally speak. She is mentally very ill, with a drug abuers manipulation skills. She has stolen nearly everything my sister has, including her 35 year old wedding rings, my mothers rings, and every piece of gold jewely in my sisters house. She stole their guns and is now trying to sell them. NOTHING is more important to Jan than her drugs. Not the memory of her son, not her daughter, and now we all know, certainly not JR. It was a devestating tragedy that such a sweet, innocent child as AJ left this earth so very young. I truly believe he rests in the arms of Jesus now, and receives the full and glorious joy of being there. I know it leaves a terrible void in your heart to miss him so much, for that I am sorry, and have compassion. But as for AJ, he is happy. JR is not a demon...you are looking at the wrong person.
