Strangers Come Together for Justice for Christopher Barrios

Hey Dearest Christopher! People on here have many assorted reason for commenting and stating their opinion. None of us know who has truly good intention and who is hiding behind a screen name with a sick grin on their face. I do know, though that there are many people on here who truly do love you and want to help fight for your justice, help your family and help fight the "bigger" battle of changing sex offender laws in our state. Everytime I look at your picture I see an angel. A real angel, that was sent here from God to do important work and that work may be you bringing strangers together for a common good. Your life does count to many many people. You are gone in body but never in spirit and I think we all need to feel your spirit right now. You are in God's loving hands and nothing that is said or done here on thisearth will hurt you ever again. Those that truly love you and our Lord will one day meet you again or like me, for the first time. What a glorious day that will be!!!!

It's great that you are writing this for the people that read Topix and for yourself, HOWEVER, I must correct you, rest assure Christopher Barrios is not reading this forum, he is with the LORD resting in his arms. Writing all these dear letters to Christopher is useless. You have spent a great deal of time on this forum as well, question, WHAT ARE YOU DOING TO HELP FIGHT FOR JUSTICE? During what was supposed to be a motion hearing on June 26, 2008, prosecutors dropped the charges of concealing a death, tampering with evidence and felony obstruction in the March 2007 slaying of Christopher Michael Barrios. In exchange, Donald Dale enter a guilty plea of lying to police but mentally retarded. Dale scored a 60 on the IQ exam - 10 points below the norm.

According to the prosecutor, Dale told investigators that the Edenfield’s burned Christopher’s body. It is not clear to his attorney why Dale came up with that story. However, he knew his client had not been truthful with authorities.

The plea is the same one Wetzler rejected just last month. Now he says he feels good about the outcome for his client because it was not right to charge him with the more serious charges. Prosecutors said they lacked enough evidence to charge Dale with the more serious charges.

Dale was sentenced to serve an additional 3 months in jail in addition to the 15 months already served while awaiting trial. The remaining 3 1/2 years will be spent on probation in a state home for the mentally disabled and it was agreed the home will not be in Glynn County - partly for his own safety. Dale told the judge he does not plan to come back to Glynn County, that way he can stay out of trouble.

Christopher’s father, Mike Barrios, said he is OK with the decision.12

“I think he played a bigger role, maybe in coming around and helping cover up, but it’s just a gut feeling,” Barrios said.“For what they could prove, I guess it was a good deal on our part.”

Christopher to the Top! His story is bigger than any of us! His work on this Earth is far from done. He dwells within each of us that love him and care for him and his family. The message is to change things for those that still have a chance But...to do it all in his honor! If it wasn't for Christoper I would never have met so many awesome people. Our Angel is with God and no one can ever hurt him. Be very careful Jehovah is a jealous GOD! You act as if GOD is going to give his throne up to Christopher. You act as if you are worshipping Christopher. Be careful of that! Christopher has no more work here on earth! Hopefully work will continue in his name to prevent this ever happening again but as for Christopher sorry! His work his done.

Dead people don’t die and go to heaven and become an angel. No where in the Bible does it state that. Christopher was a sweet young person who didn’t deserve what happen to him, No one deserves what happen to this baby. But he has everlasting life because of ONE GOD and his name is JESUS!

I will. Nothing she says bothers me at all. She don;t know me and will never know me. She don't know anything about God or heaven. She is an ignorant person who has no life.
