Congrats to our District Attorney Jackie Johnson!!
Jonathan Miller I guess calling the two officers two days before the election to promise them you would not reopen their case if they voted for you didn't work! Everyone sees your true colors. You are done here, just like your failed real estate venture!

I think it's funny how money plays a part in winning. Mr Miller did not spend near the money his opponent did. When you tell a lie long enough people start to believe it! Just ask Miss Johnson.
Hope her DADDY is proud of his money spent!

So I guess you have proof? Two votes, please, I saw the video and heard the comments made by the men who "..shot her in the face.." talk about southern rednecks! They made Georgia look foolish for allowing them to have a badge! Good luck with justice with that state of mind!

Both sides need to stop this. It's over.

Johnson camp - Quit gloating, it doesn't represent the District Attorney's office well. You won, now act like you deserve it.

Miller camp- Quit whining. You lost. Accept it and move on.

And all of you, don't forget to pick up your signs.

That is so true. Jonathan spent all his familys money and doners money. Jonathan never had his own money to spend. How many properties has he had forclosed on again. I just feel bad for his family after he again ran through there money

I know nothing of MR. Millers "familys money"
Nor of his propertie's. My question is why do you care? Seeing how you know where his money comes from do you know how the other half of this circus campaign financed their run for DA?

How about you step from behind this forum and make contact with those brave officers, who do what you can only sit on your couch and dream you had the ability and courage to do. I'm sure both are man enough to allow you to express your concerns.

This is just another example of how Miller will tell you one thing to your face and then go behind your back and do another. Ask around he did contact the two officers. GET OVER IT!! Jonathan Miller isn't DA and never will be.

If anyone can get Miller to publicly say that he did not make contact with the officers, like putting it in the paper or in writing, then I will produce factual evidence to prove once and for all that Miller, and his hired help, to include old red, are nothing but liars and manipulators of the system. Funny how the world of surveillance and technology works!!!!!! Don't worry Jonathan changing your cell number wont hide the video!!!!

Ok. So let's agree that he did. We know it's over as far as the race goes. However if in fact he did promise not to reopen the case then he to is a coward. Yes, the men and women who put their life on the line for law and order are brave as are we who have served our great nation, but I speak from experience, when I TOOK a life of another man that was tring to kill my team and myself I felt remorse and grief! I can't start to think how I would feel if it were a woman. I did not stand by and talk shit about the man I killed. I checked for vitals and called for medics. If a human can take a life the way your so called brave officers did they have no need for a gun or badge! Service means more than killing bad guys it means helping those in need and that woman needed help for her addiction. The state patrol man was willing to put his life on the line to help her but your brave men got another notch on his belt!
That Sr/Madam is my point, and it sickens me to know that Ga people don't even question the ethics of the men who took a mother away from her children! So in closing if Mr. Miller is the man you say he is so be it! However Miss Johnson is no better a person for turning a blind eye to the coward ness of your brave men who had a unarmed woman who's car was pined lacked the courage to take her in alive!
I stormed vehicles loaded with armed men to disarm them because of my orders. Your brave men have no honor let alone courage!

What with guns drawn? Or like a real man if in fact they done nothing wrong lets see how a civil court handles the case and I'll be there to express my concerns then when I know they will be unarmed!

Thank you, for applying common sense to the senseless acts of violence by some officers. When your qualifications start with a GED or High School Diploma, then a few months of training; the results are the article above. There is a case in Jesup, Georgia that proves on video that an officer killed a man on July 21, 2015. The Coroner's Inquest jury said in was Un-authorized Homicide, then the DA Johnson said it was a antiquated system. There needs to more antiquated systems in place to get to the truth with the "good ole boys" mentality.

Jackie Johnson chooses who she will prosecute. It is a known fact shrvis friends with the Glynn County Police Chief and will not prosecute law enforcement officers as they are her friends. Refer to Attorney Frank Brown's Letter Dated May 23 2015 concerning Felonies committed at Glynn County Animal Services by staff and law enforcement officer. The felonies are Violations of The Animal Protection Act of the State Of Georgia.

Justice for Jerrod W. Tyre
Published by Mike Gilder · 13 hrs ·
THE HONORABLE JACKIE JOHNSON ( yes honorable is used in the same sentence, that's laughable to me ) has decided that Robert Brantley acted lawfully in murdering Jerrod. This is not a big surprise to us, and not the end of it!! The ironic thing about her decision is she claims she based her report on the Coroners Inquest. In her 7 page decision there are many things she listed as facts that just are not facts, and she never once mentioned the FACT that the Coroners Jury ruled his killing as unjust and unlawful ! This Woman is a disgrace to her office and I intend to do everything I can to get Justice for Jerrod and get this MORON out of office .
I showed her decision to a very well respected attorney in Wayne county yesterday ( not one of our attorneys ) and he laughed at it, told me I should not take this as a set back and that he thought it wasn't worth the paper it was written on. We do have an appointment today with our attorneys to see where we go from here.
Here is another twist in the case. There was a Federal Law suit filed on July 15th against Sheriff John Carter, deputy Robert Brantley and 3 other sheriffs deputies. Yvonne and I did not file this, but the people who did and their law firm have asked us to join in. And we are humbled and very thankful to them for that. At the time of this posting we are in the process of doing just that.
Since the press sentinel has so far only printed what the Sheriff JOHN CARTER and the HONORABLE JACKIE JOHNSON have told them, I stopped by their office to have a chat with them. LMAO, they had no idea about the lawsuit that was filed more than 3 weeks ago now, nor did they know THE HONORABLE JACKIE JOHNSON had made her decision not to prosecute ROBERT BRANTLEY for murdering Jerrod. That decision was made on 8-5 16. I wonder why ?? Could it be they don't want the publicity? Could it be the less the public knows about this the better for them? WAKE UP PEOPLE !!!
These people work for you !!
You are their employer !!
If they are allowed to manipulate their position for their gain it says something about YOU!! Stop letting them use you to get into office and then ignore you until election time when you are needed next!!!
Just this past weekend Derby Waters, who happens to be the reporter at the Jesup Sentinel that we have had dis agreements with on his coverage of Jerrods case. Had his own tragedy with the Sheriffs department. It saddens us deeply to have learned Mr. Waters 34 yr old daughter was found deceased in her jail cell while. she was supposedly in an area of the jail that allowed close monitoring of her. deputies are not even the ones who found her!!!
We hate that Mr. Waters and his family now must endure this kind of pain. And are praying for them and his daughters motherless children.
