Makes me laugh everytime Jonathan gets caught in another lie he runs and changes his web page. Come on JM how many times are you going to change the title of the video on your web page, and how many years have you really been practicing law?

I don't have any inside scoops or no idea what is fiction or nonfiction in these comments but I do know that my family were victims of a crime. Jackie Johnson is definately getting our vote in this election! She does an outstanding job and I think the people working for her are excellent! The victim advocate assigned to us was kind, supportive, and always there to answer our questions! JACKIE JOHNSON FOR DISTRICT ATTORNEY!!!!!

I see all you foreigners posting comments about Jackie Johnson and Amanda Williams. The truth is you wouldn't know either one of them if you met them on the street. I live here and I can tell you that Amanda Williams was a very good judge, was she perfect? No she wasn't but neither are you. Ms Johnson has done a great job since she took over for judge Scarlett. When you choose to live here and pay taxes here you can vote here and possibly have everything they way you want it. Until then please clean up your own backyard and stay out of ours.
Amanda is a criminal and will be indicted by the special prosecutor. Jackie was her surrogate and still to this day does whatever Amanda tell her to do.

Miller is a good old boy, who was working with other good old boys until Jackie became DA. She broke their little group up and they are mad. Just because they'd been there a while doesn't mean they were all still doing a good job or that their co-workers enjoyed working with them. The atmosphere in the Glynn County office was toxic for years and she has worked to correct it by bringing in fresh faces who are talented, hard working and can get along with others.
They are both gold old boys!

Jackie took over for Kelley not Scarlett. Amanda is the one walking downtown with a big scotch drink in her hand.

Former colleagues face off in district attorney's race in Brunswick Judicial Circuit
Johnson, appointed by governor, faces off against Miller as accusations fly

BRUNSWICK | Jackie Johnson and Jonathan Miller once worked together as assistant district attorneys for Stephen Kelley.
Now it’s Johnson vs. Miller in the district attorney’s race in the Brunswick Judicial Circuit. Because no Democrats are running, the race will be decided in the July 31 Republican primary.
After Gov. Nathan Deal appointed Kelley to a new judgeship in 2010, he named Johnson to finish out the rest of Kelley’s term. Miller stayed on the job at the Brunswick office until Johnson asked him for a written explanation for actions he had taken in cases.
Instead, he resigned March 29, and it’s been ugly ever since.

You got to love Jonathan Millers statement at the forum last night. Glynn county residents are educated so they are harder to convict unlike the other counties (Camden, Wayne, Appling, and Jeff Davis) who are not as educated. So the man who wants to be our next DA is calling the people of his circuit stupid. Looks like Jonathan could use a little more ed-ja-ma-cation in when to keep his mouth shut. See the brunswick news paper today for his quote.

BREAKING NEWS!! BREAKING NEWS!! BREAKING NEWS!!
Miller has personally called or attempted communication by third party with THE brave and professional officers, "who were cleared of any wrong doing while acting in their official capacity by a GRAND JURY", who were involved in the Small's incident and guaranteed them that he will not seek to indict OR bring an unwarranted second attempt at an indictment against them or ask for a special prosecutor. Seems that his backers have met with him, advised him that they do not support his ability to make unbiased and supported decision based on case law and threaten to withdraw their support. However, he stands in the public eye and throws accusations at a Professional District Attorney, who can base decisions on the totality of circumstances involved in each and every case. For those who do not know, Miller and his campaign staff have cut, edited and presented to the public only a brief time period of the actual video. Miller and his staff, which by the way includes those individuals who had to be terminated or resigned in lieu of termination. Those who were on this so called staff that made an uneducated personal reaction decision to the incident are not experts in the use of force field, nor do they have the backbone or internal fortitude to do what our Great Police Officers do on a daily basis. The only person bringing discredit to the police profession is Miller and those in his campaign staff. I have never seen a more dedicated District Attorneys office during my 30 years of service. Jackie should be commended on her staff and the relationship between our fine police officers. For those who want the truth, the law allows for you to file an open records act. All the evidence, not just pieces are and will remain in the files of our law enforcement agencies. For those of you who practice law please find "Graham v. Conner and understand that those in the office behind a desk can not and never will be able to place themselves in the shoes of a POLICE OFFICER!

Now in the south we call that a good old southern ass kicking. Jonathan Miller and all of his supporters can erase the web pages, take down the signs and billboards and start sending out apologies to those they attacked during their unsuccessful campaign. The people have spoken, just like the grand jury and their voice states that Miller and his campaign staff are under qualified to represent our values. Now do the right thing, call our DIstrict Attorney and apologize. JACKIE JOHNSON 2012!!!!!!
