Left after many years as a customer, when they overcharged me 400 dollars on a loan and then refused to discuss it with me. They ignored my calls and questions. They then added fees on top of the overcharge I refused to pay as late fees. Contacted main office and also heard nothing back.I finally just paid all the money and cut them loose as a lesson learned.

Yeah, well WHERE are the decent banks these days? United will continue to take out $10 each month on accounts that are just savings accounts even for kids, they did on my child's.
SUNTRUST did similiar.
BANK OF AMERICA took money from my sister's account from another account there with them from a previous auto draft-never allow drafts! They kept on even after there was no $, just so they could charge her $35 overdraft charges unitl it was $800 in fees!
WACHOVIA-not sure about GA, but in VA with my Father's recent death, the bank officials allowed the executors to enter the safety deposit boxes and remove stock certificates and $600,000 cash, thus robbing the intended heirs their inheritance! So, lessons learned, safety deposit boxes ARE NOT SAFE! And be mindful of WHO you name as an executor of your estate! NOw the estate is in the hands of a court appointed lawyer-you can well imagine how that is going-can't you? There will be nothing left for the heirs! Don't wait on PROBATE-get a TRUST that AVOIDS probate!

Mary, Mary. Instead of simply "contacting" and "calling", you should have actually gone to the main branch and talked to those people in person. Nothing will ever get done over the phone or by emails regarding a breach of contract. If you had a loan and they changed it after you signed it, AND you did nothing to cause a change, then you should have taken a lawyer with you on your visit and threatened to sue right then and there. A contract is a contract. For you to just simply roll over and pay them makes me think you're not telling the entire story.

Daily Horoscope for January 7

Pisces

Why not plan go back to school? Choose to study a subject that will change your direction in life. You may be limited in the short term, but overall it will be worth your while. You will be emotional about money matters if you let cash slip through your fingers, but a romantic evening of cultural pursuits will restore your soul.
