The bill in question is flat-out unconstitutional under both U.S. Supreme Court and Georgia Supreme Court precedent. If the Governor signs it or allows it to become law, it will almost certainly be struck down by the Georgia courts -- but not before who knows how many Georgia families are dragged into counterproductive and ruinous litigation.

I think all grandparent should get to see their grandchildren

Grandparents should get to see their grandchildren when they realize they are just that, grandparents. Most of these grandparents do not want to be the grandparent they want to to be the parent. This grandparent fight for the right to rule the parent on the issue of if they get to see the child is proof of that. What would they say if their own parent had done this same thing to them? They would have bulked just as the parents of today are bulking the interference of the right to be able to say "no you can not take Susie to the show today, I have plans with my child." They want parental visitation. What happens when you have two sets of grandparents divorced and the parents themselves are divorce. You have six households with six different ideas of what is the best parenting for one child. What then does the judge do divide the month up by six and say to the small child good luck because you gonna need it.
