I agree! He should go ahead and drop out before any more of his lies are exposed. We need someone with integrity as the DA, not someone who continues to get caught in lies.

I guess he didn't expect Jackie to use confidential case files in an open forum. It's tough when you expect the other guy to be ethical. The state Ethics Commission and the state Bar will be looking into it.

Wow Zack! You and Jonathan remind me a lot of each other. Both of you use misleading statements and lies to try and grasp at everything and end up catching nothing but your own foot in the mouth. You guys will make a great team!

Jonathan Miller got outclassed and outfoxed by someone who is light years ahead of him in her ability to be an effective District Attorney. Get over it. Anything she did will stand up to a Bar review. I'd look at some of Miller's ethical misconduct in the past if you want something reviewed.

Is Jonathan Miller related to the Jonathan R. Millers in Brewton, Al?

Not only that, Jonathan opened the door when he brought up the so-called seasoned prosecutors leaving her office due to poor management. Now everyone knows why he resigned.

If all the assistant DA's with experience have left and she cited poor job performance wouldn't that look bad on Judge Stephen Kelly who though they were competent enough to work there???? Hmmmmm

Don't you think if all the assistant DAs have left the job because of poor performance, that would look bad on the judge Steve Kelly being he put them there. Hmmmmm! Makes you wonder if she's just not managing the office well.

When most new DA's move in they clean out the whole office and start fresh. Johnson gave everyone a fair chance to get on board. Why waste money on incompetent employees?

When a sitting Superior Court Judge steps up to prevent an act that constitues a violation of Miller's oath of office. He should accept a plea offer for violating that oath and withdraw from the campaign. It seems as if he has morals that will allow our children to live in fear of sex offenders while he attempts to side step federal law and prosecute officers who give their lives to take these lowlifes off the streets. I'm sure had he been the DA he would have allowed those responsible for Christopher Barrios to plea to petty prison sentences. Save face Miller and withdraw from the campaign.

Could you tell me how I can reviewthe accusations from the Ethics and Bar Assoc on Jonathan Miller. I have had a bad experience with him and need to know all his agendas.

Thank you
