While the country is absorbed with the Zimmerman debacle, the rethugs are saying "let's pass immigration" for the future vote if for nothing else.

It's not worth researching to check that out, but if I attached my response to the wrong post, you have my humble apology.
Besides the new alleged Right Wing Wacko theory -
that the media is using the Right Wing Wacko prosecution of Zimmerman and its obvious results, to cover up economic news -
is so entertaining and amusing on its own - that it makes my causing your post well worth it.
Thanks
Hey.. Maybe Right Wing Wacko Gov. Scott's prosecuting Zimmerman is really part of the conspiracy to cover for a poor economy that is all Obama's fault. If so, now that's news.
I couldn't tell that your response was to a different post of mine, as all your post are alike, so don't apologize.
It is the never ending so called news coverage and publicity that the Obama Administration is taking advantage of. Remember never let a crisis go to waste.

Gotta love this Kumbaya moment.
Right Wingers everywhere so excited and outraged about black crime in the inner cities.
Thank God.
Now we can divert all that money spent on the War Department to building schools in, improving the infrastructure of, American cities.
Now we can divert those billions of dollars used for socialist subsidies to agri-business to helping inner city youths avoid involvement crime through job training and job creation in the inner city.
Now we can divert all those billions provided in socialist subsidies to oil companies to increased law enforcement in the inner cities to drive out the criminals and protect the innocent.
Finally Right Wingers and Leeeeeberal Blacks have a common purpose - improving the health, safety, and employment possibilities for inner city youth.
This is great.
If MLK, Jr. were alive, he and "General Robert E. Lee" would be hugging and weeping together over this Right Wing obsession with improving the lives of inner city kids.
Free at last, free at last, thank God almighty, Right Wingers and Leeeeeberals, are together, free at last.
Get a grip!

We better stop worrying about what others, especially liberals, say about us. It means nothing. It is just a form of socialist psychological extortion.

<quoted text>Mccain knows this info as well as Obama. Why on earth would McCain co-author a bill that doesn't address this issue at all? Forty percent of the illegal immigrants are here on expired visas and the only way to round them up now and in the future. So it doesn't matter how much money they throw at the border, 40% of our immigration problem will remain. Not to mention that ICE has only has one quarter of the man power that the border patrol has.
It sure makes me wander about McCain. Either he's been promised the White House in 2016 or Obama has some serious dirt on him. Ya think?
I can't believe that you haven't figured out by now that McCain is a RINO.

Boortz has the outlet to get his voice heard. The average citizen does not. But, I'd wager the average citizen agrees 100% with the Boortz on this issue.

And now we have Obama's next pick for the UN: Samantha Power. She loves those organizations that criticize the US, doesn't like Israel and is married to Cass Sunstein, who thinks Americans should happily pay more and more taxes and thinks that Big Brother government is the only way to go. Great.(of course, she kind of stepped in it when she called Hillary Clinton a "monster", but I guess her apology was accepted.)

You do realize that accusing others of lack of respect for the law, while using the non de plume "General Robert E. Lee", is especially entertainingly ironic.
Lee waged a war against the United States, causing the deaths of 625,000 Americans, because he disagreed with authority...
and you criticize some Americans for exercising their Constitutional
right to publicly protest.
Let's compare:
Lee waged war against the United States and attempted to destroy the Union because he disagreed with the actions of the government;
vs.
Some folks are exercising their Constitutional Right to nonviolently protest the actions of government.
Yep...
Obviously the folks peacefully protesting are the worse.

As usual, you have your facts wrong. Yes, Lee led the Confederate army, but it was a war not of his choosing. As he wrote in a letter to his son:
"As an American citizen, I take great pride in my country, her prosperity and her institutions, and would defend any State if her rights were invaded. But I can anticipate no greater calamity for the country than the dissolution of the Union. It would be an accumulation of all the evils we complain of, and I am willing to sacrifice everything but honor for its preservation. I hope, therefore, that all constitutional means will be exhausted before there is a resort to force. Secession is nothing but revolution."
"The framers of our Constitution never exhausted so much labor, wisdom, and forbearance in its formation, and surrounded it with so many guards and securities, if it were intended to be broken by every member of the Confederacy at will. It is intended for perpetual union, so expressed in the preamble, and for the establishment of a government (not a compact) which can only be dissolved by revolution, or by the consent of all the people in convention assembled."
As much as he loved the country, he loved his Virginia more. Once Virginia seceded, he felt his honor and love of Virginia gave him no option but to serve the Confederacy. That is a far cry from attempting
"to destroy the Union because he disagree with the actions of the government."
The only history he knows, is from November 2008, until present.

You do have a point, Ag. But the fact remains that (the real) Gen. Lee did lead the greatest insurrection ever mounted against this country.

Obama has a bad case of sour grapes. He will do anything to spite whoever stands in his way, hence these radical appointments. Thug politics, nothing more.

Hey guys, I see that the Republicans all jumped in to help the Democrats get elected in 2014.
Obama is always saying that he gets no help from the Republicans. Well look at the gift the Republicans just gave Obama and the Democrats.

I think McCain is in his senility years, forgetful to the point he's being used by the demos.
Also wouldn't be surprised about the dirt part, as I also think they have dirt on Supreme justice Roberts.
Dirt is a normal tool in washington.
I read Justice Roberts & wife adopted two Irish born babies. The two were born of different mothers just a few months apart. Since Ireland doesn't allow adoptions outside of Ireland, the mothers/babies came to the US by way of Mexico?? or another Latin contry. If true, a few laws were broken. Who knows?? I seriously doubt he has darker secrets or more skeletons hidden away living in fear of exposure.... I DO believe Obama has dirt on judges, congressmen, governors & who knows who else.
