Oh, please, please, please - I would love to see the Democrats show some common sense.

I've lived in Georgia since it and most of the other Rethuglican Southern states were proudly Democratic. I'm not going anywhere/// I'll just stay here and continue to fight and annoy my Conservative fascist friends and neighbors. It seems I have more "material goods" than most (or all) of them anyway. A lot of them depend on me for a job and for their health insurance. I have no problem with the Affordable Care Act and the most aggravating part of it is people for whom I provide health insurance voted for the scumbag who would have repealed it. Any business owner worth a damn wouldn't object to providing health insurance for good employees. As far as the cost is concerned. I absorb the very modest increase that's occured so far... it should go back down in a year or so according to my accountant.
Unike Rethuglican small businessmen, I wont fire employees just because they voted for a candidate I didn't support. Despite what the fascist right thinks, this is America and each person has a right to his opinion.
Regarding Texas and Arizona... they're not the only ones that could secede... Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama are just as bad but I have a lot of customers in those three states and facilities in LA and MS that manufacture for me so I'd hate to have to pay import/export fees. BTW... my stuff is all "Made in America", unlike the mercenary Rethuglicans who outsource American jobs and sell their souls to China for an extra dollar.

The south is changing...Saxby is a two faced dog. Wrote to him and demanded that the banks not be bailed out.. He sent a form letter back that essentially said that he would do as he pleased.. 2014 is coming and he needs to go. Republicans vote for the crap and then blame it on the Democrats..Georgia had a 45 percent democratic vote and it may get larger as people become more concerned. I wonder how many of these ignorant fools even bother to write their senators or even vote..Do they even bother to know what the word conservative means

Don't take this wrong, but same to you a-hole. It's just like a liberal demodot to let every body know just how much they have and how much higher up they are than every one else.Enjoy all of it because the direction this country is headed in there won't be any such thing as small business before long. Have a nice life Mr. Bloggerrrr.

Sorry Dude, but I am not impressed with a big mouthed old man that claims he is a hotshot. Believe me nobody cares who you are or anything about you. Frankly I don't believe a word that you had in your thread except that you are a Democrat and have no idea of what a fascist really is. It is business owners that can't compete with other outsourced products because of high taxes, government regulations, and union wages that American jobs are being sent out of this country. If your company is doing so well then you aren't furnishing good if any health insurance, you are paying very low wages, and you have few if any real job benefits.
BTW how do you know which employee's voted for Romney? What a great guy you are for not firing them for voting for whom they thought was best. I think it is time for you to look in the mirror and take some stock with yourself before your time comes. That is if you believe in God.

Georgia really is light years behind the civilized states. Republicans grow here like kudzu and are just as hard to get rid of. Someday someone will come up with a natural Conservative pestacide to use in the South and the only Republicans you'll find then will be in Texas. As far as I'm concerned Texas can secede and take the rest of the Republithugs with it. Then they can deal with the immigration problem as they see fit and stop making the rest of the country look bad... probably Arizona can go with them. It would be nice to have a 48 star flag again. There probably aren't many on this forum that remember when there were 48 states.
Just think, if Texas had seceded in 1960 we would'nt had the 2 worst presidents ever? George Bush worst Lyndon Johnson second worst presidents ever.

I remember well when Ga. Was a democratic state, and it is thanks to people like Roy Barnes, the Great Jimmy Carter(who was the absolute worse president up and until the current one) and a few others that we are now a republican state. And thankfully we are planted in and will not be leaving.the only dem. I ever had any respect for from Ga. was Zell Miller, the rest were just and are self serving scheming politians.

Most independents like me don't want either party in total control. There has to be a balance since unfortunately we only have two parties to choose from. Poor Jimmy Carter was the weakest president ever but in my 63 years George W Bush was still the worst. He and Cheney should both be in a super max on 23 hour lockdown. What total pieces of Chit.

At least bush wasn't a socialist. obama is by far the worst, no one close. Love how you so called independents always seem to favor the left wing nuts. I would be ashamed to admit i was a socialist too.

Let's just be clear about something:

Socialism is socialism. The Obama administration in no way represents socialism.

I know that won't stop any of you Republican haters from calling it that, but at least you've been exposed to the fact.

Calling things what they are, rather than what they aren't is one of the early steps to compromise and problem solving.

I'm very clear on what socialism is and who is in favorite of it. You probably should check out Obamas history before he was elected and the stands that he took.Read the books he wrote.
