What a completely disingenuous answer. That could mean that you have a crappy job with a crappy employer and a crappy health-care plan. Or it could mean that you occasionally pay a couple of bucks in taxes. Essentially it was a non-answer for the gullible.
<quoted text>
Health-care for our society does cost money, no matter what approach is taken.
The question left is which is better?
A system where we pay for the cost of providing care for the sick and dying, PLUS a large percentage more for capitalistic vultures who profit off the sick and dying, and many still don't get care when they need it.
OR
A system where we pay for the cost of providing care for the sick and dying, WITHOUT turning it into a profit venture, and all have access to quality health care when they need it.
It could also mean that I am an "employer". My answer was also the correct answer to the question originally posed. As far as your question, I'll take the first system.

But, but.... I was told right here in this forum that virtually everybody that owned a gun was well-trained, took classes and was extremely conscientious in how they handled the responsibility of owning a weapon!
Do you mean to say I can't believe everything the Right-Wing-Whacko's tell me?
Who told you that about everybody who owns a gun? Also, don't believe anything you hear, and only believe half of what you see.

We still have the "old" system, with the additional restrictions imposed by the government, resulting in rising costs. Also, my costs, are none of your business.

Libroids have a fascination with the idea folks will work their butts off for altruism only, with no profit involved. Main reason socialism is a dead cause....libroids still dream though...

The LWLD's have a fascination in obtaining the power to decide who wins, who loses, who lives, who dies, and most of all their elitist desires to exempt themselves from the oppressive rules they impose on the general population.

What was the point of your posts about the shootings? As far as I can tell, no one has been arrested, so no one knows who the shooters are - odds are, the guns were illegally obtained, but until we know, your derogatory comments towards legal gun owners were unfounded.

Nope, all we do know is that costs are going up in both premiums and deductibles and people who had insurance and were happy with it are losing it in droves. All the predictions that those of us who were against it from the get go are coming true, but too many people refuse to pull their heads out of the ground and admit that it is an unmitigated disaster. And that doesn't even broach the subject of the caliber of people they have manning it who have access to all the personal information necessary to make people's lives living hells through identify theft. It just keeps getting worse and worse. But the narcissist in chief just will not admit he lied about the ramifications.

He was just "baiting" or "stating" that private ownership of guns is the single greatest symbol of individual power, and therefore is despised by Liberals.

It has reached the point where it doesn't matter if he lied or not.It is the most unconstitutional, fascist, ill conceived bill or so called law ever introduced to the United States of America.
It is doomed and will fail. Just as the Obama Administration planned. Think we can stop it by voting for Chris Christy? LMAO

While it was obvious Obamacare was just the first stepping stone on the way to single payer, I had presumed that the obvious flaws in it were of no concern to the Dems because they would just use them to say "see, this is why we have to have single payer." But the Obama administration has screwed this whole thing up so royally, that I am holding out hope that they may have shot themselves in the foot as far as single payer is concerned for at least the near future. Heaven knows they won't give up on it, but hopefully the American electorate is finally aware enough of what is going on that they will see that single payer would be a nightmare. It would be beautifully ironic if Obama doomed his own ultimate goal of single payer through his arrogance with Obamacare. Pride goeth, etc. etc.

Chris Christy - ugh, just what we need, another Republican "moderate" - no, thanks. I am very curious as to who will be throwing their hat into the ring. And I still don't think Biden is going to just roll over for Hillary, that could be fun to watch.

Does that mean I should or shouldn't believe what the POTUSA said about keeping my insurance plan if I like it (which I did)?

BTW, our family (formerly 2 adults and 2 kids on the plan) plan has been cancelled, the "new" one with the same insurer (I believe the largest in GA) with 2 adults and 1 child will cost almost 31% more per month. Fortunately (unfortunately?) we don't qualify for the supposed tax breaks...

Personally I don't give the voting public as much credit as you do. They seem to only look at what is glittering at the present time.
I think calling Christie a moderate is really stretching it and being very kind to him.
Hillary is only out if the truth about Benghazi comes out, otherwise Biden is gone. That is just my somewhat humble opinion.
