I think it's safe to say that you don't appreciate what is sometimes referred to as a "spoof", or a "parody".

Notice the piece used "cable" before "network." There's a huge difference. Also, look at the source, Politix, which is as a right-wing propaganda machine (that uses a nice looking model posing as a talking head) as they come.

Now, about Fox having the "top nine shows" - the 09/21/13 prime broadcast network ratings per A.C. Nielsen.
