I think you will acknowledge that I have ripped the Republican establishment enough when they have proved spineless and not stood up for conservative policies. You and I will have to differ on what you call Republican "crimes against this country and humanity".
You are missing the point when I bring up the "race card" that the Left loves to play when all else fails. There are fundamental differences in the way the two parties look upon this country and in the policies each wishes to implement. My contention is that the Democrat party's policies are what have led to the decline of this country and that current policies are putting that decline into overdrive. An over reaching government stifles both personal responsibility and personal initiative. It hinders the very engine that is the strength of this country and that truly drives this economy - the small business.
Can you possibly argue that the social policies of the last 40 years have helped those they claimed to be designed to help? What we have now is a growing number of people that have been made so dependent on the government, they see no other way to live - they believe they CAN'T make it with out the government subsidizing their lives - that is criminal and it could be easily argued was the intent all along - not by all who instituted these policies, but definitely by some.
The Republican party absolutely has its problems, I am a conservative, not a Republican - but the Republican party is the closest party to my beliefs on what this country should stand for. One very important belief is in the power of the individual to make of his life what he will. I will never deny that some are born with advantages others are not and that some are born with great hurdles that others do not have. But the nature of this country has always been that you are not tied to your beginnings - you have the freedom in this country to work hard and make your life better - but personal responsibility has a lot to do with it and poor personal decisions can destroy those chances.
Okay that went down a rabbit hole, but to go back to my point - I bring up the race card - not race - because it is the dishonest weapon the Left loves to pull out when all else fails. Argue with Obama, it can't be because the Right believes his policies are harmful to this country, just like we thought Clinton's and Carter's and most other Democrat policies are harmful to this country - no, it must be because he's black. Yeah, that's an intelligent argument, but thanks to a lapdog media, the Left gets away with it time and time again. If you were to look back objectively over the numerous posts, you would see I'm justified in my statement. Argue against Obama's policies - get called a racist.
Not to beat a dead horse, but this guy was a republican.

The statements he made in the above article and his whole agenda, is what has broken the back of this country. For you and your kind to even try and defend this man, or the party to which he belongs, for their actions, is stupid. More illegal aliens crossed our borders illegally under Bush, than any other president in history. He was anti-conservative and in my mind.... For you to be defending him and those that support him, doesn't make sense at all to me. If I were black, I would probably you only hated Obama because of his skin color too. Not meaning to offend, but that's my honest opinion.

1. In your rant against Democratic Socialist, I ask you to explain your disagreement with the stated goal of the organization which I gave you from their web site. "Democratic socialists believe that both the economy and society should be run democratically—to meet public needs, not to make profits for a few."

( the question for you to answer ) What in your mind IS THE PROBLEM WITH THAT GOAL???????

2. In one of your mindless rants you stated that the decline of the middle class is Obamas fault.

( the question for you to answer )
HOW CAN THE DECLINE OF THE MIDDLE CLASS that has been going on in this country under many Presidents and political parties FOR AROUND 20 YEARS BE OBAMAS FAULT?????????( I will agree it has gotten a worse during Obamas term, but not much worse than it already was.

Where are your answers, preferably coherent answers without going off in 11,561 different directions without any answer to the question and WITHOUT YOUR STOCK RANTS!!! I don't think you have answers, just wild rants

Stalking you, I get a kick out of your inability to answer simple questions. You can post your OPINIONS, rant and rave with the best. You ignore history and how we got to where we are. But when you are ask simple questions about statements you have made, we just get more rants and your stock answer, everything is Obamas fault. That's just childish, immature and far from the truth. Are you by chance a politician, that would make a world of sense. Show me I am wrong, please.
Great post.

Right Wingers don't believe in America for all Americans - they believe America is a corporation, and they are "management", and corporations should be plundered for their management's benefit.

That's why they love Romney - he and his buddies plundered their companies, becoming even richer, at the expense of employees and taxpayers - what a great man.

This was interesting to me. I was researching online about our Presidents, past and present. I searched their names on Bing, starting with Obama. Wiki is usually starting point for me.
From Bush Sr. up to Obama, the wiki pages have been wipe out. Reagan on back is still there. I thought it was weird anyway.
Obama:http://en.wikipedia.org/ wiki/Barack_Obama
Bush jr:http://en.wikipedia.org/wik i/George_W._Bush
Clinton:http://en.wikipedia.or g/wiki/Bill_Clinton
The sultan himself, Bush Sr: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/George_H._W._Bus...
Now checkout Reagan on back.

It is so easy to make reasoned arguments on the side of these scientists when you have seen families deal with cystic fibrosis or Huntingtons's or Tay-Sach's, etc. And I think there should be some way to help those families have children without the threat of life threatening diseases. But the slippery slope is right around the corner.

It still stuns me that Planned Parenthood actually gives out a "Margaret Sanger" award each year. Yeah, I'd really want to be given an award named after a woman who had has one of her stated goals the specific targeting of certain groups to slow their population growth - namely the "mentally infirm", the racially "impure", the poor and the "lesser races" - which in her mind included Italians, Jews and "negroes." She even went so far as to advocate a "Baby Code" in order to require permits for people to have children:

Article 1. The purpose of the American Baby Code shall be to provide for a better distribution of babies, to assist couples who wish to prevent overproduction of offspring and thus to reduce the burdens of charity and taxation for public relief, and to protect society against the propagation and increase of the unfit.
Article 3. A marriage license shall in itself give husband and wife only the right to a common household and not the right to parenthood.
Article 4. No woman shall have the legal right to bear a child, and no man shall have the right to become a father, without a permit for parenthood.

http://www.nyu.edu/projects/sanger/webedition...

==========

And if you think that concept of a "slippery slope" is ridiculous, talk to the black women of North Carolina who were forcibly sterilized (often unknowingly) between the 1920's and 1970's.

"The group of black women in North Carolina who were victims of forced sterilization were tragically impacted by the eugenics movement, a “scientific” approach to population control that has thankfully since been discredited. The application of eugenics theory sought to eliminate the societal ills of poverty, promiscuity, and alcoholism that were thought to be inherited by sterilizing those with such traits to improve society’s gene pool.
The movement grew in popularity during the 1920s, but was still quite active in North Carolina until 1974.....
Sadly,... North Carolina was one of 31 states to have a government run eugenics program and by the 1960s, tens of thousands of Americans were sterilized as a result of these programs. What began as a way to control welfare spending on poor white women and men, eventually shifted to targeting more women and more blacks than whites. And Planned Parenthood was famously started as part of this movement, which opened one of its first offices in Harlem....

What do either of your links have to do with my post? I have never defended Bush's weak stance on immigration. I respect George Bush as a man of integrity who believed he was doing what was in the country's best interests.(I realize you, and perhaps most on here, will disagree strongly.) However, I was very disappointed in many of those same policies. He was not the conservative I and most others who voted for him thought he was going to be. He tried too hard to "get along" with the Democrats (i.e. No Child Left Behind). I continue to hope that conservatives (perhaps the Tea Party) will be able to wrest control of the Republican Party from the moderate (also known as spineless) Republican establishment. But until that happens, I still have no choice but to go with the lesser of two evils. That means I will continue to hold my nose and vote for Republicans over Democrats any day of the week.

And as to your last statement, where is your evidence to support that opinion. I name specifics about his policies I am against, I show the probably fallout of those same policies. Why do you not accept that the reasons I give (regardless of whether or not you agree with them) are valid reasons given my conservative view point and have NOTHING to do with skin color. Republicans fought tooth and nail over Hillary Clinton's proposed nationalized healthcare as well - was all that resistance based on sexism? Come on, you're smarter than this.

We are so far apart on how we see Bush, that it is useless to go on talking about it. The more you talk, the more I think that race does play a factor with you. It very well may not. I'm telling you I'm white, and you sound racist to me. I seriously wanted to throwup, when you said you "respected" Bush "as a man of integrity" really. I hope the whole Bush family burns in hell. I dislike Bush Sr. probably more than anyone on this earth. Obama's policies are almost a mirror image of Bush jr's. That is why if you don't like Obama and "respect"(OMG)jr. Then most think your just racist.
