Housing bias suit is first since HUD restored funding

The Nebraska Equal Opportunity Commission says a lawsuit filed earlier this month in Douglas County is the first housing discrimination case filed by the Nebraska Attorney General's Office since an impasse with the NEOC last year.

Illegal aliens should have NO standing before the law and NO rights to file a lawsuit.

LOL, if I remember correctly, our Constitution even has a law that it's illegal to house, or provide comfort to an invading enemy...So illegals would DEFINITELY qualify!

Actually the OEC and HUD side with the illegals. It's been tested in Nebraska a few months ago. The AG refused to sue the landlord. EOC pulled the funding, until an agreement was made. Is this right? No in my opinion. We have families and vets living on the streets, while illegals live in HUD housing.....This suit however is just. The man is a U.S. Citizen/Hispanic-American.
