Please don't let this be like the last time Border Patrol agents-were having rocks thrown at them, they fired to protect themselves-authorities took the side of the criminal-Mexicans and the two innocent agents were sent to prison for doing their job. Keep this up America and we won't have Border Patrol.

Good point. They will need them. Thanks to Obama, Eric Holder and Fast and Furious, we can rest assured that Mexican criminals are well armed with automatic weapons.

They are, the M 4 has that ability.

BUT the agents are under the Marxist thumb of DHS hacks.

What we need is property owners on the border inviting all our returning veterans to help secure the border.

Those of us still without a fence are the first responders....

What ever his name was and Ramos got sent to the big house cause they shot a drug runner, lied about it and covered it up. They got a couple of honest border cops fired for picking up and tossing some of their spent ammo shells. Give the border cops body armor and a light face guarded helmet. They have a panic button now so why they killing these kids? These cops have to take a shrink test that shows who would and who would not shoot unarmed kids now? Correct?

The jury was able to understand WHY the agents picked up their brass...

I spoke with one.

When explained that after shooting drills
POLICING BRASS
is a standard...

UNfortunately, the QUESTION was never addressed during the trial AND the jurists were not veterans....

So,

GUILTY of shooting a drug thug, REALLY????

The drug thug was pandered by the AG but was latter prosecuted for his continued drug smuggling...

Like our county commissioner Willie Gandara.... It seems drug smuggling is an accepted way of life,
If fact for a Mexican, it's an idolized profession....

Sort of figures doesn't it, that el paso has so many druggies not prosecuted no convicted....

The DA is sitting on the first cartel hit in el paso right now.... His drug prosecution record in a target rich environment simply SUCKS...... Or is that what he wants?
WHY not proceeding

Men arrested in killing of federal informant
Man won't be charged in informant's slaying
Three years ago, El Paso saw its first cartel-related killing since the drug wars in Juárez began escalating in 2008.
Five people, including a 16-year-old boy and a Fort Bliss soldier, were arrested in the May 2009 death of José Daniel Gonzalez-Galeana, 37, in East El Paso.
Since then, charges have been dismissed against one, while the remaining four are still awaiting trial. Court records pertaining to the case, which has been dubbed the Pony Trail murder, have either been sealed by state district judges, shrouded in secrecy or remain stagnant.
A spokeswoman with the El Paso District Attorney's Office said only that the cases are still pending and declined to comment further.
In 2010, District Attorney Jaime Esparza confirmed he was seeking the death penalty against two defendants, former Army Pfc. Michael Jackson Apodaca, 21, and Ruben Rodriguez-Dorado, 33, who are charged with capital murder.
Rodriguez-Dorado had been scheduled to attend a court hearing on June 27, but coming hearings no longer appear on the El Paso County criminal records website.
Apodaca's trial had been scheduled to begin in April 2011, but it never took place. No new trial date has been set and state District Judge Gonzalo Garcia has sealed several records relating to the case. Apodaca's attorneys at the El Paso County Public Defender's Office declined to comment, citing a court-issued gag order.
The trial of a third defendant, Christopher Duran, 20, had been scheduled to begin in

Hey nimrod what part of it was all obama and holder do you not understand?

Bush's game was called wide receiver and he nixed it when they lost control of a few guns. Then obama and holder doubled down and ran Fast and Furious and could care less if they lost control of thousands of guns.

Better backing from the Obama administration and this wouldn't even be a talking point. The Dems need more hispanic votes, thats why they are against AZ. The more that make it across without gettig caught, the more Illegal votes he gets in Nov.
