re: In the living years ...

Does anyone know who lived in the house on the

right side of the RR tracks?

(This house and the tavern across from it have

been razed and only an empty lot is there at

the present time.)

I was often ridiculed when I was a child and called names. I could always run to Chunks when they taunted me and one of his hamburgers made me glad. I miss chunks so much!

When I was growing up Mrs. Bauer lived in that house she was our 8th grade teacher. She had a daughter named Susie who still lives in West.Brownsville. I think.
I belong to the church next to it.

The house on the right side of the RR tracks was the family home of my aunt Leala Bauer who taught school down the street. She was married to my Uncle Bill and they made their home where the RR Tracks left the street and continued to the round house. They owned the little store next door and my Grandparents moved off the hill to the store and ran the store till my grandfather died. now it is someones home. As for Susie I belive she lives in calif. but comes back for visits. I attended W Brownsville School in the 7TH Grade school for a month or two. Before returning to to Ohio with my mother. Loved my life there with my grandparents.Peggy

If you roam thru the photo album, you will see that I have posted many photos in the past. For the last while, I have not been able to post any photos. What is the problem, monitor?
