These are such beautiful pictures. Thom Stapleton also posted some of his pictures. I enjoy all of them. Thank you so much for your efforts.
How true: "A picture is worth a thousand words".
Do you have any pictures of Middle Street, West Brownsville---specifically of the church and parsonage? I lived there for over 8 years and wonder what it looks like now. I understand that the church is no longer in use as a church. Is this true? How I loved West Brownsville and still get homesick to be there. I heard at one time they were thinking of making a marina out of the church and parsonage property.
Any truth to this? Thanks so much for these happy memories.

I have taken no photos in W. Brownsville. There's not much left of it these days along the river. Blainesburg I guess is now called W. Bville and it is pretty good up there, I have not been down Railroad St. for many years and have not gone on Middle St.since the late 1950s when my wife's uncle lived there and his house was flooded to about 4 feet deep.
One time when I was a boy, the river flooded in the winter and there were large chunks of ice floating on Middle St, Abt 1947-48 I was trying to use the floating ice as a raft and I was poling myself on Middle St,
