Area native hired as Pitcairn police chief

Pitcairn native Dennis Hockenberry became the borough's new police chief after council voted unanimously to hire him last week.

Must be a relative of Miss Hockenberry, fourth grade teacher. She was one hell of a teacher but what a bitch she was. Moved from Pitcairn in the 50"s. The last time I visited the town it was a mess. I wish the chief well, he one hell of a job ahead of him. Good Luck
