So do you see? You have answered your own argument. Who is to be the one to say just who the enemy is? Bush? You will go to another war based on what that clown says? If so, then you have learned very little in you 60 years.
Fail to see how I've reversed myself. I support the President in his war on terror. I support the war in Iraq against a supporter of terrorism. I support the war in Afganistan against terrorism. I don't support the President in his illegal alien postion of amnesty. I support his position on tax relief. I support his strong backing of the Military. I wish that he had vetoed many more spending proposals passed by congress, but all in all he has done an outstanding job.

Steve: If you want to impress someone with your
presumed intelligence, might I suggest that you
demonstrate it by rising above childish name-calling?
Seriously, we know you dislike Bush ... that's fine.
But the assinine name-calling ... we've had about
three or four today ... only demonstrates your in-
ability to engage in anything approaching civil
discourse.

Eisenhour's comments were warnings of not allowing the Military Industrial Complex to gain control of our nation. He was correct and it has not! Have not been able to locate anything dealing with Senator Clark. That's what makes America great. We can disagree but we do come together when we are threatened. We are the most diverse citizens and also the most generous on the face of the earth. We are not war mongers, but we will come to the aid of another nation. We've made some mistakes but very few of them. The decision to go into Afganistan was justified. The decision to go into Iraq was justified. What the future holds for Iran, North Korea, Syria, Lebanon is not known, but I hope and pray that war is not involved.
