Okay, folks, here's today's lesson. "Bigotry" is very different from "bigamy." (You could look it up.) So far, bigotry in and of itself hasn't been declared a crime. Bigamy almost always is.

it must be a seldom used sentencing guidelines used only by the Butte County courts. Adding Bigotry to a molestation charge nets an extra 5 years. I'm guessing the approriate word should have been "bigamy"?
