Deer, rats with hoves and horns. If there are deer herds in Butte county I suggest we send out hunters to harvest the herd to feed the needy of Butte County

Deer do valuable work controlling vegetation, and reduce the intensity of fires. If natural predators are allowed to control the deer, they don't damage the environment. Only when predators are killed off do deer overgraze. Interfering with the natural balance of the earth causes disasters like destructive fires and floods.
