Your honor, I would like the evidence against my client dismissed from this case because it's incriminating.

Blanton's shyster lawyers should be arrested as accomplices in murder, interferring with justice, aiding criminal actions, and criminal misuse of the "legal" business for unjust profits . They should also share the same sentence , cell and consequences as the killer they try to get off the hook, provided it's long and horrible . The "legal business" wil only hasten the destruction of America .

Despite what "Satan" wrote, aptly named I might add, most law enforcement officers are honest. Obviously the fact that this young man is a cold-blooded killer doesn't keep his attorney awake at night. Perhaps we should do as Shakespere suggested and subject all the lawyers to the same fate as this slimebags highway victims.
Kill them all and let God sort them out.

It is pathetic that there is always some technicality or loop hole. He confessed. That should be enough. The grandmother said she knew they were taking the gun to the lab. It doesn't sound like they tried to sneak it out of her house. There needs to be changes in the legal system. The evidence links the crime to him. I don't understand how anyone with a concience can let this guy off. If the defense has their way a cold blooded killer will be back on the streets and it will all be perfectly legal. Innocent people can continue to be "hunted" and shot because after all there was no search warrent for the murder weapon and no arrest warrent for the murderer.

Nice move, grandma. It's fairly obvious your kid is guilty so why are you trying to shield him from the punsihment he deserves. Think about the families he hurt, not just about your poor grandson.
