Police: Man offered candy to girls then exposed himself

An Indianapolis man is facing charges of indecent exposure for allegedly exposing himself to two children on the northeast side on Sunday.

I think it would be OK if they let him go.... He just needs to have his stuff chopped off and left in the county jail trashbin. It makes no sence to incarcerate the whole person... just the problem parts.

This is just the first step, if they let him out the next arrest will be for a far more tragic crime. People like this are ill and preditors and as far as I am concerned they will NOT be rehabilitated.

Wont kill the compulsion only the ability to act on that compulsion. I think child predators should be locked far away from society .

Instead of placing these predators in a protected custody I think they should be placed in general population. Let the really violent criminals with children, wives, sisters etc. on the outside tear trash like this to pieces.

I use to work in Confinement in Fort Wayne, and taking those child molesters and those who fornicate with innocent kids (convicted), putting them in a general population would be the ticket. They wouldn't come out and if they did, they would meet there ends on the streets because they wouldn't go back to jail. Fun huh?

It seems odd to me that we are all so outraged by the crimes like these. It is pretty well accepted that they cannot be rehabilitated. Why do they get such light sentences??? Even if a judge gives the max we are still releasing people who are still a danger to society arent we?? I have NO idea what people can do about this but you can bet your *ss that once this man is released he will re-offend and he could progress to more violent crimes against children.
