Man sought in wife's killing

Police searched Monday for a man wanted for allegedly killing his wife as she slept with their two daughters, one of whom told a 911 dispatcher, "Daddy stabbed mommy." Joseph L. Warnock, 41, faces an arrest warrant alleging murder in Sunday's death of Angela Warnock, 38, who police said was fatally stabbed in her bed.

If my wife ever used the legal system to deny me access to my kids, I'd kill her too. The courts are a substitute for violence. If you can't get justice in court, you get it where you can. Perhaps someday family courts will start treating men fairly. Until then, scenes like this are no surprise.

The ONLY time a court should deny access to kids is if the KIDS are being abused.
