Well, as for Hansen, whether I like or dislike his methods is unimportant. If he wasn't doing this, then someone else would and I do like the results. Hell, he's just a celebrity. I would love to be behind the scenes on one of these sting operations. Kickin' back, drinkin' beer, and laughin' my ass off at these stupid f#ckwads. There is no "entrapment" involved in an individual's revealing their innermost depravity on an open, public forum.

The police/detective's did not instill in these individuals their perverse natures, did not instruct them to go online in search of minors to indulge their pedophilia, nor did law enforcement make these individuals the deviants that they are.

What kind of a dummy thinks like this? Child molesters don't WANT grown ups for sex - they want children! Besides, why on earth would you need brothels when there are so many people giving it away for free! The 'ladies' in brothels are tested regularly for STDs and practice safe sex and that's a whole lot more than some folks can say.

I agree with you on the brothels - it's just business. What happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas. No stalkers or 'relationship' issues, nobody gets hurt. My question about 'paying' for it when there are so many giving it away was referring to the fact that many people are promiscious.

I guess I answered my own question twice -- it does cost money to get rid of STDs, pay child support, have your phone number changed, etc....
